Caller stated that I owed him $300.00 and that there was a warrant for my arrest. Never got any type of loan, how do we get rid of these people?

They call with a heavy Indian accent by the name either Francis Wright or Keith McNulty harassing me at my job or personal phone over 50 times a day have my supervisor and myself has asked them to stop.

Most likely a fake collector. She had the last four digits of my social security number, my address from four years ago and another in Riverside, California, I have never even lived in Southern California. Promptly reported her to the Police department.

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. when I answer i get a recorded message saying this call is for Davis Walters. The recording says if this is the wrong number press 3. I did but i get a call from them every day.I have no unpaid bills and do not know Davis walters?
